Not all groups are treated the same!

Depending on the size, your group may qualify for perks like free rooms, private dinners, and extra amenities. But it’s not always automatic—perks depend on resort policies and whether your group is a boutique group (5–9 rooms) or a contract group (10+ rooms with a signed agreement).

✅ Boutique Group (5–9 Rooms)

  • No signed contract required

  • Limited perks offered by select resorts

  • May include:

    • Semi-private group dinner

    • Shared cocktail reception

    • Welcome drink or room drop gift

  • Easier to plan with flexible changes

  • Resorts sometimes require the group to be changed to a contract group after a certain number of rooms are booked

✅ Contract Group (10+ Rooms)

  • Signed group agreement required

  • Unlocks full range of perks

  • Often includes:

    • Free room(s) or upgrades

    • Private welcome dinner or party

    • Custom group check-in

    • Dedicated resort group coordinator

    • Extended payment plans
